George Sterling received Associates in Radio/Television from Northeast School of Broadcasting, his Bachelors in Science of Business Administration at Hawthorne College and a Master in Multi-Color Printing from the Printers Institute of America, Lifelong learning from Sandler Sales Institute, and Newfield Network International. He is currently working for economic development in Peterborough, currently the Chair of Peterborough Economic Development.
A strong advocate for business change and giving back through volunteerism, he involves the compassion needed to enhance company culture and bring business process/science to non-profits. He demonstrates real time how the elasticity of strengths in organizations brings the missing links to management in any organization. Running exercises gearing understanding the distinction between what you want and what your customers want, can break a good company, or make a marginal operation successful. He is involved in bringing management science to small business, learning difficulties in grade school, teaching community service to youngsters, and leading with emotion. In addition he serves as Treasurer of the Greater Peterborough Chamber of Commerce and Chair of Windy Row Learning Center. He was recently a guest speaker at the Veterans Business Owners Association, Peterborough Rotary Club and Kiwanis.
